  • Biweekly Maintenance (every 2 weeks / average 2.16 visits per month) :
    $49/ hour + travel fee

  • Weekly Maintenance (average 4.33 visits per month) :
    $49/ hour + travel fee

    Hourly rate billed per cleaner.

🧹 What’s Included in Maintenance Cleanings (Biweekly or Weekly)

Our standard cleaning service for ongoing visits:

  • General dusting (surfaces, baseboards as needed)

  • Bathroom cleaning (toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, mirrors)

  • Kitchen wipe-down (counters, sinks, stovetop, appliance fronts, cupboard fronts as needed)

  • Floors (vacuuming & mopping of all accessible areas)

  • Travel & supplies included

You can cancel recurring services anytime, you’re never locked in.

All Maintenance Cleanings are prepaid monthly by e-transfer.

Upgrade your 1st Maintenance Clean to a Deep Clean!

To give you the best possible experience, it’s HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to start with a Deep Clean. For your first visit, we’ll provide a Top-to-Bottom Deep Clean—perfect if your home hasn’t had a thorough cleaning in a while.
This detailed service sets a fresh, high standard, making it easier to maintain that level of cleanliness with your ongoing regular cleanings.

For an extra one-time fee on top of your agreed monthly price, we’ll send a team of 2-4 cleaners to get your Deep Clean done on your 1st cleaning date!

What’s included in a Full Spectrum Deep Clean/ Move Out Clean ?

General Areas:

  • Dusting from top to bottom (including light fixtures, ceiling corners, vents)

  • Spot cleaning walls and wiping all baseboards

  • Clean door frames, handles, and light switch plates

  • Wipe window sills and frames

  • Clean interior windows (where safely reachable)

  • Vacuum under and behind couches, beds, and furniture

  • Detailed floor cleaning (vacuum and mop)

Kitchen:

  • Clean countertops and backsplash

  • Wipe down all exterior cabinets and appliances

  • Clean inside microwave

  • Clean outside of fridge, dishwasher, and oven

  • Inside oven (upon request, billed hourly)

  • Inside cabinets (only upon request, billed hourly)

Bathrooms:

  • Scrub and disinfect tubs, showers, toilets, and sinks

  • Clean all mirrors and glass

  • Wipe down vanities, fixtures, and cupboard fronts

  • Detail clean baseboards and floor edges

Bedrooms & Living Spaces:

  • Dust all surfaces, décor, and furniture

  • Wipe down furniture legs and edges

  • Tidy and straighten areas as needed
