• On-Site Guest Assistance During Stays: $55-75/hour + travel + GST depending on the scope of work
• Maintenance & Repairs: $75/hour + GST
• Supply Restocking: Supplies invoiced monthly
• Dump & Recycling Runs: Dump fees + GST invoiced monthly

PARTIAL MANAGEMENT

Includes everything above EXCEPT managing your Airbnb platform (guest communications, reviews, cancellations, managing of your listing)
