To keep things simple and stress-free, here’s a quick breakdown of our most popular cleaning options.

At a Quick Glance..

  • One-Time-Cleans (Move Out Cleans / Deep Cleans / Targeted Cleans) :
    $55/ hour (travel included)

  • Biweekly Maintenance (every 2 weeks / average 2.16 visits per month) :
    $49/ hour + travel fee

  • Weekly Maintenance (average 4.33 visits per month) :
    $45/ hour + travel fee

Hourly rate billed per cleaner.

🧹 What’s Included in Maintenance Cleanings (Biweekly or Weekly)

Our standard cleaning service for ongoing visits—perfect for keeping your home fresh and tidy:

  • General dusting (surfaces, baseboards as needed)

  • Bathroom cleaning (toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, mirrors)

  • Kitchen wipe-down (counters, sinks, stovetop, appliance fronts, cupboard fronts as needed)

  • Floors (vacuuming & mopping of all accessible areas)

  • Travel & supplies included

✨ How Much Time Will We Need At Your House ?

🏡 Standard Home: 

  • 1 – 2.5 bathrooms or 800–2000 sq ft → approx. 3 hours per visit
    *This is our minimum service

🏡 Larger Home:

  • 3 – 4 bathrooms or 2100–3500 + sq ft → approx. 4–5 + hours per visit

If you have a larger home but only want the minimum service of 3 hours per visit, we can accommodate you by focusing on your top priorities.

All Maintenance Cleanings are prepaid monthly by e-transfer.

➕ Already a client and want to add extra hours anytime? No problem—additional time is billed at $45/hour.

💥 Recommended: Deep Clean For Maintenance Clients

We’re committed to giving you the best possible experience, and that starts with a Deep Clean. For your first visit, we’ll provide a Top-to-Bottom Deep Clean—perfect if your home hasn’t had a thorough cleaning in a while. This detailed service sets a fresh, high standard, making it easier to maintain that level of cleanliness with your ongoing regular cleanings.

Depending on size and condition of your home, a Deep Clean can take approx. 15 hours. We’ll send a team of 2-4 cleaners to get it done in 1 day!
Rate: $45/hour
Total: $675

- Move Out, Full Spectrum Deep Clean, Targeted Clean -

  • Rate: $55/hour, includes travel and supplies

  • Note: $100 deposit required to secure your booking

    Two Service Options:

✨ 1. Full Spectrum Clean where we tackle everything for you: 

  • Typically 15-25 hours depending on size and condition

  • Total: $825-1375

✨ 2. Targeted Clean where we focus on your priorities based on your budget

  • Minimum of 6 hours 

  • Total: $330+



What’s included in a Full Spectrum Deep Clean?

General Areas:

  • Dusting from top to bottom (including light fixtures, ceiling corners, vents)

  • Spot cleaning walls and wiping all baseboards

  • Clean door frames, handles, and light switch plates

  • Wipe window sills and frames

  • Clean interior windows (where safely reachable)

  • Vacuum under and behind couches, beds, and furniture

  • Detailed floor cleaning (vacuum and mop)

Kitchen:

  • Clean countertops and backsplash

  • Wipe down all exterior cabinets and appliances

  • Clean inside microwave

  • Clean outside of fridge, dishwasher, and oven

  • Inside oven (upon request, billed hourly)

  • Inside cabinets (only upon request, billed hourly)

Bathrooms:

  • Scrub and disinfect tubs, showers, toilets, and sinks

  • Clean all mirrors and glass

  • Wipe down vanities, fixtures, and cupboard fronts

  • Detail clean baseboards and floor edges

Bedrooms & Living Spaces:

  • Dust all surfaces, décor, and furniture

  • Wipe down furniture legs and edges

  • Tidy and straighten areas as needed
